I bought the shred 3.0 program to prepare myself for the upcoming snowboard season. I am now on week 9 and WOW, I am incredibly grateful that i chose to start the course! I feel incredibly better, mentally and physically, much more in control of the movements of my body. It's a great program, I lost about 10 lbs the first go around. I changed my diet and did other activities on top it including mountain biking and rock climbing. My lower back pain is almost gone and feeling much better. This old shop owner is going to be riding circles around the young punks of the shop in no time.

My name is Mark and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Snowboard Instructor at Mt. Bachelor. I love snowboarding but can also appreciate how grueling it is on our bodies. Snowboarding is an extreme activity and we should all approach it with a healthy respect. We are a husband and wife duo based out of Bend Oregon. We are health professionals, snowboarders, and lovers of all things outdoors. When we’re not snowboarding you can catch us playing soccer, climbing, summiting a mountain, or trail running.
