I love snowboarding but can also appreciate how grueling it is on our bodies. Snowboarding is an extreme activity and we should all approach it with a healthy respect. Whether you want to rehab from injury, stay injury free or improve your performance, Im here to help you along the way.
I didn’t know I needed yoga when I found it but through the years it has saved me both physically and mentally. This is what I want for my favorite population: Snowboarders.
